NowVitamins is becoming Vitarium

NowVitamins.nl is continuing as Vitarium. Not a cosmetic change of name, but an upgrade: better looking, faster and more reliable. The same familiar team and the same fast service — and, step by step, a better range, with more products from our own Dutch production.

In this article we explain what the name means, what is happening to the own brand and — above all — what this changes for you as a customer. Spoiler: nothing changes for the worse in your account, your orders or your delivery :)

Why Vitarium — "selected by Vitarium, for you"

A webshop full of supplements is easy to find. A place where the choice has already been made for you, rather less so. That is exactly what Vitarium stands for: we select the best supplements — from our own production or through reliable suppliers in the Netherlands — so that you do not have to plough through hundreds of virtually identical jars.

No endless shelves with the same raw material in ten private-label coats, but a considered selection. That is the promise behind the name: selected by Vitarium, for you.

The own brand becomes Vitarium Select

What was until now the NowVitamins own brand is continuing as Vitarium Select: a line of essentials at a very attractive price. The thinking behind it is simple — the basics do not have to be expensive, and transparency ought to be standard.

What is special about Vitarium Select is its breadth. The line runs from literally the building blocks through to ready-made formulas:

• Empty capsules so you can put your supplements together entirely yourself — for example our pullulan empty capsules size 0, size 00 or size 000 for the larger doses.
• Individual essentials such as Creatine Monohydrate, Magnesium Citrate and Psyllium Husk Fibre.
• Ready-made formulas such as ZMA, which combines zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 in a single capsule.

For anyone who likes to keep control over dose and composition that is ideal: combine the empty capsules with pure powders from our range and you make exactly what you want.

The brands we carry alongside it

Besides Vitarium Select we carry a select group of top brands. We would like to single out two of them, because they show what our selection rests on — both are Dutch brands with their own production facility in the Netherlands:

• Natuurlijk.fit — a broad range, from vitamins and minerals through to pure powders and fibre formulas such as FiberSynergy and MultiFiber, with the short chain and the control that own production makes possible.
• Winbiotic — specialised in probiotics, likewise from its own Dutch production.

What appeals to us in these brands is that they invest in the substantiation of their formulas: with laboratory analyses and with insights from real practice cases. That is not a marketing tick-box, but daily work — and it is exactly the kind of quality a selection ought to be built on.

What changes for you?

The most important thing first: everything you value simply keeps working — and a few things get better.

• Your account, order history and any subscriptions simply remain in place.
• Ordering, paying and delivery work exactly as you are used to — including the fast delivery.
• The products you know remain available; the own brand is now called Vitarium Select. More than that: products for which we depended on external suppliers are being replaced step by step by our own Vitarium Select products — fresh batches, better stocked and quality in our own hands.
• You need do nothing yourself. Come across an old NowVitamins pack or reference? Then it is the same familiar product under the new flag.

Finally

A new name is not a new beginning — it is a sharper promise of what we were already doing: taking out the noise and offering you a considered choice. Whether you fill your own capsules with pure powders or would rather take a ready-made formula, the starting point remains the same.

Curious how to build a considered foundation? Then also read one multivitamin or a targeted stack, or delve into what the claims on a supplement label really mean.

Welcome to Vitarium. The same people, the same quality — and a choice we will gladly go on making for you.
