Shipping within the Netherlands: ordered before 22:00 = delivered tomorrow!
We offer this service for by far most of our products! Have you ordered the product you want before 22:00? Then you will receive your order tomorrow (excluding Sundays and public holidays)!
Your order is shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays) to the address you have given.
Provided the item is shown as: IN STOCK on the page. Otherwise the delivery time is 1-14 days, although in most cases 1 - 2 working days.

Ordered on Tuesday before 22:00 = Delivery on Wednesday!
Ordered on Wednesday before 22:00 = Delivery on Thursday!
Ordered on Thursday before 22:00 = Delivery on Friday!
Ordered on Friday before 22:00 = Delivery on Saturday!
Ordered on Saturday before 23:59 = Delivery on Tuesday!
Ordered on Sunday before 23:59 = Delivery on Tuesday!
Packaging:
Your order is packed with care in sturdy boxes. Wherever possible we reuse boxes and packaging to spare the environment. We ask you to do the same with the packaging you have received from us. The products of the Natuurlijk.fit brand are even 100% free of plastic and compostable!
We ship with PostNL* and you receive a track & trace link with which you can follow your order.
Track & trace often only works after 20:00.
*PLEASE NOTE: shipping by PostNL can be subject to delays, as a result of which we may indirectly be unable to meet our delivery promise. Think of situations such as: a pandemic, the Christmas rush, war, weather conditions, peak periods, staff shortages, etc.
We pack as much as possible in recycled material, in order to spare the environment. The filling of the boxes is made of recycled material as well; we NEVER buy in filling material. If we use plastic, it is always reused plastic and never plastic bought new by us. We also ask our suppliers to use no plastic, or as little as possible.

Would you like to exchange or return a product?
We never make a fuss about that!
Legally you may keep a product on approval for 14 days and return it without giving a reason. The product may not be opened or damaged. To avoid confusion or disappointment, please get in touch with me (preferably via WhatsApp or e-mail).

Still received nothing after a few days?
Parcel lost, or does the track & trace page keep showing a date in the future?
Then contact us within 14 days. If you do not contact us within 14 days, we can unfortunately no longer start an investigation into the status of your shipment. We can only reimburse once we have received confirmation from the carrier (such as PostNL, DHL, etc.) that the parcel has not been delivered / is lost or is damaged.
