Directions:

Recommended daily dose
Recommended dose 1x daily 1 sachet of 4 grams. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and consult your healthcare professional if in doubt. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.

How do you use Winbiotic® PRO BR?
Dissolve Winbiotic® PRO BR in approximately 100 ml of water or milk. Do not dissolve in fruit syrup, fruit juice, fruit purée, carbonated or hot drinks. Stir gently for about 5-15 seconds and take within 10 minutes. Preferably take on an empty stomach.

Combination with medicines
Winbiotic® PRO BR can be used alongside any medicine; if in doubt, consult a healthcare professional. If you are taking antibiotics, wait 2-3 hours before or after taking the antibiotics before taking Winbiotic® PRO BR.
