Capsule shell: pullulan (cassava extract, vegan, kosher and halal). Contains traces of quinoa germ, bee pollen and beeswax (NADH stabiliser). Free from gluten, soy, lactose and synthetic additives.
What this formula does
The PANMOL® B-complex provides all eight B vitamins at 40% RI in each capsule. For the B-complex, the following EFSA-authorised health claims may be made, among others:
- Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and biotin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism
- Vitamins B2, B3, B6, B12 and biotin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system
- Vitamins B6, B9 (folate) and B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism
- Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation
For PQQ, CoQ10, NADH, HMB, D-ribose, creatine (at this dose) and guarana there are currently no EFSA-authorised health claims. The product page text for these constituents is therefore strictly factual and biochemical.
About the constituents without EFSA-authorised claims — factual
- PQQ and CoQ10 are redox cofactors that are studied in a mitochondrial research context.
- NADH is the reduced, biochemically active form of the coenzyme from B3 metabolism. It is stabilised with plant wax and beeswax — the only naturally stable form available for oral supplementation. NMN, sometimes mentioned in marketing as an alternative, is not permitted as a food supplement in the Netherlands and the EU.
- HMB (β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate) is a metabolite of the amino acid leucine.
- Creatine 150 mg in each capsule — the EFSA-authorised performance claim for creatine applies from 3 g a day; this formula does not provide that dose as a sports supplement, but as a small cofactor alongside the main constituents.
- D-ribose is a naturally occurring sugar with a role in ATP synthesis.
- Guarana extract naturally contains caffeine. 150 mg of guarana extract provides approximately 5-10 mg of caffeine — a low dose comparable to a few sips of espresso.
Important safety information
- Caffeine sensitivity: naturally contains a low amount of caffeine from guarana (5-10 mg). Bear this in mind if you are sensitive to caffeine or take it in the evening
- Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
- With chronic kidney problems: HMB and creatine may affect the load on the kidneys — consult your doctor first
- When using anticoagulants (warfarin): high doses of B vitamins may affect the INR — monitoring is recommended
- When using levodopa (Parkinson's medication): vitamin B6 may affect how it works
- Not suitable for vegans (contains beeswax as a stabiliser for NADH)
- Do not exceed the recommended dose

3QMito is one of the more expensive formulas in the range, and there is an honest reason for that: NADH and PQQ are both raw materials with high purchase costs. NADH has to be stabilised with beeswax or plant wax to remain orally digestible; pure PQQ extract is available in limited quantities only. For anyone considering in-depth mitochondrial support — within chronic fatigue protocols, for example, or a post-viral approach — a formula that combines all three central cofactors (PQQ + CoQ10 + NADH) at a substantiated dose is hard to find in the Netherlands. For general maintenance without a specific reason this is not the right formula; it is then worth bringing the basics (sleep, diet, mineral maintenance) up to standard before you invest more deeply. If you use medication — anticoagulants or levodopa in particular, or if you have chronic kidney problems — consulting your doctor or orthomolecular practitioner is advisable.
This product is a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important; a food supplement is not a substitute for these. Keep out of reach of young children. Consult an expert in case of pregnancy, lactation, medication use or illness.
