What is Relax Formule?
Relax Formule by Natuurlijk.fit is a combination of herbs, minerals and vitamins in one small vegan capsule: 150 mg ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), 50 mg passion flower extract 5:1 (Passiflora incarnata), 100 mg magnesium from bisglycinate, ascorbate and citrate (26.7% of the reference intake), 100 mg taurine, 80 mg vitamin C from acerola and magnesium ascorbate (100%), 1 mg vitamin B6 as P5P, 100 µg folate as 5-MTHF and 12.5 µg vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. 36 capsules per pouch.

Magnesium from three forms
The 100 mg magnesium per capsule comes from magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium ascorbate and magnesium citrate. Authorised health claims apply to magnesium: magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function, to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function.
Active B vitamins
Relax Formule uses the active forms: P5P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) for vitamin B6, methylcobalamin for B12 and 5-MTHF for folate. Vitamin B6, B12 and folate contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function; vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin C contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal psychological function.
How to use Relax Formule
Take one capsule with water 1 to 3 times a day, or as advised by your practitioner. The capsule may be opened if desired. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Safety: read this before use
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use with a liver condition. Consult your doctor or practitioner beforehand if you have a thyroid or autoimmune condition, or if you use thyroid medication, sedatives or sleep aids; passion flower and ashwagandha may enhance their effect. Do not drive if you notice you become drowsy. Keep out of reach of young children. Store dry, dark and cool, not in the fridge.
