Loyalty programme

We would like to give our loyal customers something extra, and that is why we have developed a FREE loyalty points programme for you, through which you receive points afterwards.

The condition is that you always create an account and are logged in with it when you place an order.

With every order you receive 1 point for every euro spent; for example, a product costs € 19.20 and you then automatically receive 19 points (usable after 14 days).

Once you have 25 points or more, you can enjoy a discount on your next order.

In your account details you can always see your current number of points. Please note: points earned on orders are only credited after 14 days (the return period).

PLEASE NOTE: you cannot use redeemed points in the form of a voucher code in combination with other codes.

What do I have to do to save points?
To be able to save points, you register quickly and easily as a customer. Are you already a registered customer of our webshop? Then, once you are logged in, you get the opportunity to sign up for the loyalty programme.

For your registration we welcome you with 25 points. If you enter your date of birth, you will receive points and/or an attractive discount as a gift every year for your birthday.

You only receive points on your purchases (shipping costs do not earn points). Any purchase that is returned is deducted from the points balance again. (points are credited after 14 days and visible in your account, unless returned)

Orders placed as a ‘guest’ unfortunately do not earn points. Points can only be credited if you are logged in to your account, signed up for the loyalty system at our webshop, and then place your order.

How long do my points stay valid?
The points you have saved remain valid for 6 months. So you can decide for yourself whether and when you redeem them, taking the validity period into account. Birthday points have to be redeemed within 7 days after your birthday. The voucher is valid for up to 3 months after redemption/ issue. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are not transferable.

LOYALTY SYSTEM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The loyalty system is available to registered customers of vitarium.nl

  1. The loyalty system applies only to online purchases made through the webshop. For every euro spent you receive 1 point.
  2. Points are also earned on the purchase of promotional items. (excluding discount codes)
  3. 14 days after your order the points are credited. You can carry on saving or redeem the points you have built up for a discount voucher.
  4. You can use this discount voucher on your next order (with a minimum order value of € 25.00).
    When you enter the discount code, the discount is settled straight away, after which you start saving again for the next discount voucher.
  5. The discount voucher is not valid in combination with other current offers that also require a code; reduced-price items can therefore be ordered with a discount voucher.
  6. The points balance you have built up is not transferable to third parties and cannot be exchanged for cash. The points can only be spent in our online store (www.vitarium.nl).
  7. You save on the purchase amount you have spent, excluding the shipping costs.
  8. The voucher is valid for up to 3 months after redemption/ issue.
  9. On the order in which the discount code is settled, you receive points on the amount that remains after deduction of the discount.
  10. In the case of a cancelled or returned order, the whole amount or part of it will be deducted from your points balance.
  11. The loyalty system started on 7 January 2021. Purchases made after this date will earn points.
  12. Vitarium reserves the right to make changes to the loyalty system and/or the policy relating to it, without customers being able to derive any rights from this. We advise you to consult this page regularly.
  13. Cookies are necessary for the loyalty system to work properly! Accept all cookies and use a normal browser (no private mode or incognito), otherwise the system will not work.
  14. Practitioner & doctor accounts and wholesale accounts can in theory earn points, but in view of point 5 the B2B discounts of wholesale and practitioner accounts cannot be settled together with the points balance vouchers. So either the discount (B2B) applies or the points voucher.
